Paper Submission and Publication
---------------------------------

All papers must be unpublished and should not be under simultaneous review for any other conferences and workshops. Papers must be written in English. Submissions must be in an electronic form as PDF or Word files and should be uploaded using the conference submission website. Final author manuscripts will be 8.5" x 11" (two columns IEEE format), not exceeding 8 pages; max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the website. All submitted papers will be reviewed by program committee members and selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Publishing Services (CPS). Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit a revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in special issues of well-known international journals.
